Since joining the team in 2016, Kelly has worked in nearly every role—from data entry and sample receiving to analysis and quality control—giving her a deep understanding of operations and client needs.

Her hands-on experience, combined with industry certifications and a passion for continuous improvement, equips Kelly to lead with confidence and vision. She is committed to preserving the company’s culture of quality and personalized service while driving innovation in environmental microbiology testing. Under her leadership, U.S. Micro-Solutions remains a small, privately held, woman-owned business focused on client satisfaction, accuracy, and uncompromising standards.
